HELLO! My first birth was difficult, but I'll never have to go through that again!!! The birth of my daughter was the happiest moment of my life!!! In this video, I'll tell you about my mistakes during my first birth. What I did "wrong" during my first pregnancy and birth that led to tears and episiotomies. My birth was natural and not without complications. Labor was induced several times. From the first contraction until my baby was born, it was 26 hours. I had an epidural, they pushed the baby out, they made an episiotomy, I tore internally and externally -- well, I guess the whole story! After attending childbirth preparation classes and analyzing everything that happened then, 10 years ago, I came to the conclusion that I made some mistakes that POSSIBLY could have been avoided.
