Waffles & Fried Chicken - No Talk ASMR cooking recipe

I've always thought but why though? And then I tried them and everything made sense, ESPECIALLY if you add the cheddar cheese and bacon to the waffle batter. I believe that makes the recipe less ambiguous in the terms of it being salty/sweet. However if you like the sweetness add maple syrup, I ain't your mama.
