Have I just found Thailand’s best hotel for £10 a night? In this Chiang Rai travel vlog, I travel from Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai and check into a budget hotel with a huge swimming pool, spacious rooms and facilities I wasn’t expecting at this price. Today I leave Chiang Mai and travel north to Chiang Rai, Thailand. What should have been a simple travel day quickly turned into a surprise. After navigating the bus station, buying my ticket and making the journey to Chiang Rai, I checked into what might be the best-value hotel I’ve found in Thailand so far. For around £10 a night, this place has a huge swimming pool, spacious rooms and facilities I definitely wasn’t expecting at this price. I also visit Chiang Rai’s famous Clock Tower to watch the evening light show before ending the day with a great burger and some incredible onion rings.
