What Is Comparative Religion?

Comparative religion is a dynamic field, which challenges our perceptions of religion, what it is, who is religious, and if religion matters in our so-called 'secular' age. Bringing together perspectives from theology, mythology, global studies, and secular politics, I will give a brief outline to what comparative religion is, and why you should incorporate aspects of it in your study. Overall, I appreciate comparative religion, yet scholars may face some risks in their research. As always, feedback is highly appreciated and welcome.
