The present Provincial Governor of this Province was affirmed by the Supreme Court to be valid and constitutional last October 24, 2012 WHEREAS, the Municipality of Dinagat where Ruben Edera Ecleo, Sr. has been a mayor in the past, has fully endorsed for him to be declared a local hero of this province through Resolution No. 055 - A authored by Meinrado P.
