A Hornady LnL 3D Printed Case Feeder Like NO Other: Part 1 (This is an Amazing Product!)

Last Father's Day video of 2021...3/3 I've had my LnL 3D printed case feeder for over 3 years now. I posted videos of what it took to be successful with a Gen 1 version of a design that has been other there for the last 3 years or so. There have been a number of changes/improvements to the original design by different designers/printers and I believe the current version is referred to a Gen or Version 4. I have a video about a Gen/Version 4 Feeder I picked up last year. While poking around You Tube many months ago, I stumbled across a designer who does a ton of designs for reloaders and reloading components. You name the part and they make it. The business is out of Australia and called Unique Parts. They also sell on eBay. In the Hornady LnL case feeder space, there were 2 things that struck me a very different in Unique Parts' approach. First, they were constantly (over periods of time) improving on the common design to make it better and in doing so came up with interesting changes and enhancements. You can follow their videos about the case feeder evolution. The second major differentiator that set Unique Parts apart was the use of the long steel pole (similar to what would be used in an Ammo Plant Case feeder mounted to the back of the press). Unique Parts used the steel pole as a mounting stabilizer to ensure any additional accessory could be added to the press by attaching it to the pole. Since I already attach other devices (from Inline Fabrication) to the back of my LnL, I thought to myself I wish they offered their solution without the pole mounting to the back of the press. After watching a few more of their videos and seeing other products, I reached out to Unique Parts and asked if they would consider modifying their solution (so I could still mount things to the back of my press) as well as combining the LnL Case Feeding offering with their Multi-tube case feeding solution. A few weeks go by and Unique Parts reaches back out to me that the new "Lite" version (with a smaller, offset steel pole) is ready to test out and would I be interested in testing. I couldn't respond quick enough. Absolutely. So here is the brief overview of what I currently run, comparing that to a Gen/Version 4 and then comparing those to the Unique Parts offering. It's clear to see that Unique Parts has taken things in a very interesting (and definitely unique) way. Great attention to detail with a steel pole that is not central to stabilizing all the accessories mounted for just focusing on the LnL Case Feeder. I will follow this up with an installation/mounting video as well as a use video.
