FORTIFICAMOS SOBRES DE GELATINA (MORA AZUL, GROSELLA Y COCO)

We used D'Gari gelatin packets and fortified them with 30 g (2 tbsp) of gelatin powder. *Use 2 tbsp because it's summer! **If it were spring or winter, 1 tbsp would be enough to make artistic gelatin. We also added a tablespoon of concentrate (it adds more flavor, color, and aroma).
