Special PE-frame with trays and different securing systems

Our customer needs to transport different trolleys with a different ground clearance and additional, safety for the people and the load is high priority - the result is a special PE-frame with trays out of stainless steel! The trays enable easy loading and unloading regardless of the clearance height of the trolleys. The various safety and assistance systems are a particular highlight. Thanks to several sensors and light barriers, the system detects when a trolley has been loaded. When all safety systems are active, the traffic light turns green and the tugger is given permission to move.
