"The youngest daughter is getting married!" - famous Yiddish song by Mark Varshavsky, sung by Amy Shapiro. Everyone is celebrating in this song by the Ukrainian/ Jewish poet of the early 20th century who had a gift for writing "folk songs". Musical arrangement and audio/ video production by Jeffrey Olenick. This recording was made in 1989 and has not been made public until now. Thanks to Yaac Feuer for the wonderful metal sculpture. That's Amy's dad pulling out his (empty) pockets. The postcard and photo of Ukrainian girls dancing are public domain to the best of my knowledge. This is 2nd version posted.
