The Bronze Treasures in San Casciano Dei Bagni
Last year (2022) archaeologists made an astonishing find in an old Etruscan spa in northern Italy - 24 larger bronze statues were found along many smaller treasures. It's good to be back. I apologize for the long delay - work has been overwhealming lately. I also apologize for not marking the location of San Casciano Dei Bagni in the video, I didn't detect that error until the video was rendered. (Nor did I mark Corsica, in green). I hope you enjoy the video anyhow. The next episode is already in production. See you all soon! Ancient History makes illustrated short documentaries about the history of the ancient world – from the beginning of civilization to the fall of western Rome. (However, I don’t guarantee that I won’t do some excursions to the Byzantines and other intriguing aspects.) All narrated material is original unless stated differently. Anyone working on our scripts has an academic degree relevant for the subject. Photos are generally from public domain.
