Salsa Beginners 2 - The Butterfly Move - How to Make the Lady Shine on the Dancefloor

The Butterlfy is an alternative to the Shouldercheck from our same level Salsa Beginners 2. The only difference is that now you are turning the lady with two hands instead of with one. It is one of the many moves that are being made very frequently on the dance floor at the level of Beginners 2. It is a nice and easy move. Just remember a few things: Ladies wait for the impuls on 5! If the leader opens his frame do NOT start running to the other side but wait for his lead. Men, be sure to keep your hands in a relaxed and somewhat open position. Especially your left hand is supposed to turn within her right hand when you execute the turn. Be sure that, at count 7, the lady is facing away from the guy. Be also sure that you let go in time to make her do the Single Right Turn at the end of the combination. Have fun!
