This time we're heading to one of Australia's most spectacular camping destinations – Capertee Valley National Park Campground. Known as the world's second-largest canyon, Capertee Valley is packed with incredible scenery, amazing wildlife, challenging 4WD tracks and some of the best camping New South Wales has to offer. Over three unforgettable nights we slow things down, reconnect with nature and remind ourselves why getting outdoors is so important for our mental wellbeing. In this episode you'll see: 🏕️ Three nights camping in the beautiful Capertee Valley National Park Campground. 🚙 Exploring the valley and surrounding tracks in our Ford Everest Tremor towing our JB Gator X caravan. 🦘 Close encounters with kangaroos grazing around camp. 🦡 Spotting one of Australia's favourite native animals – the wombat. 🥩 Cooking an epic tomahawk steak over the campfire. 🔥 Campfire cooking, relaxing evenings and spectacular sunsets. 🥾 Exploring one of NSW's most breathtaking valleys and taking in the incredible panoramic views. 💚 Sharing the importance of taking time away from the pressures of everyday life and why the outdoors can be such a powerful tool for improving mental wellbeing. Unfortunately, this adventure also took an unexpected turn when a family medical emergency forced us to cut our trip short. While that wasn't part of the plan, it serves as a reminder that family will always come first. We are incredibly grateful for the support we received and thankful that things turned out far better than we could have hoped.
