The 35th International Arts Festival "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk" officially opens today. The International Press Center has opened at the "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk." One of the main intrigues of the International Arts Festival "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk" has been resolved: this year, for the first time in the festival's history, two new stars were unveiled at Laureates' Square, representing the recipients of the special award of the President of the Republic of Belarus, "Through Art to Peace and Mutual Understanding." In Vitebsk, large families were presented with the "Batskava Kashulya" award. Dmitry Demidov, Head of the Vitebsk Region Parliament, met with employees of an oil extraction plant in the northern region. The Ministry of Internal Affairs launched its traditional event as part of the anniversary International Arts Festival "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk." The development of the festival movement was discussed at an international conference held as part of the "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk." For the third time, the International Social Film Festival "Common Life" is being held at the "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk" as part of the Union State Days. An exhibition project dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the National Library of Belarus was presented in Vitebsk. The exhibition features over 30 photographs. During the "Slavianski Bazaar," Vitebsk becomes not only a musical but also a crafts capital.
