A 17-year-old in New Jersey has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder after allegedly running down two teenage best friends, Isabella Salas and Maria, as they rode their bikes in Cranford. Authorities believe the attack may have been premeditated and possibly tied to a breakup, with the victims’ families saying the suspect had been plotting against Maria for months.
