Valuable & Visible Voices: Where to start
What would you work on even if no one was watching? That's often where the best personal brands begin. If you’re struggling to identify where to start, build your brand around the idea that gives you the greatest sense of purpose and fulfillment. Armaan Bhattal did, and it led to his own clothing line centered around preserving and celebrating Sikh culture, encouraging younger Sikhs to embrace their identity and traditions. He also observed that younger Sikhs often feel pressure to hide or downplay their cultural identity. The concern for his “dying culture” became the catalyst for his service-first personal brand. Chapters 2 and 12 guide you on how to do the same, first by finding the intersection of experience, passion, and purpose, in Chapter 2 and then validating and monetizing it in Chapter 12. But remember, clarity alone isn’t enough. Take ownership of your unique perspective, and SHARE it.
