Continuation of the review of Latgale. Ludza is considered the oldest city in Latvia - it was first mentioned in chronicles in the 12th century. Ludza is one of the most remote centers of regional significance in Latvia, so people rarely get here from Riga. This is the first detailed review of this city on my channel, although I already realized that it is not complete. We will walk along the main streets, see what is in the center, and also climb the mountain, where fortresses stood for centuries, and now there are ruins, but beautiful views open up! We will see two lakes in the very center of the city, and also look at the local history museum! City park, central square, and many memorable places.
