Smoking Spare Ribs, Whole Chicken, & Brisket Flat on Pit Boss 5 Series Vertical Pellet Smoker
This was my 3rd time using the Pit Boss 5 Series Vertical Pellet Smoker and I smoked spare ribs, the rib trimmings, a whole chicken, and a trimmed brisket flat using Pit Boss cherry pellets at 225F. It was certainly a successful smoke and I continue to amaze myself with the delicious meat I am able to create.
