Ingredients: 1kg lamb curry pieces 1/2 cup olive oil 1 1/2 inches of cinnamon sticks 1 dried bay leaf 1 tsp of cumin seeds 6 green cardamom pods 8 cloves 1 large onion, sliced 1 inch ginger and 8 cloves of garlic, pounded 2 heaped tbsp of Greek yogurt 1 heaped tbsp of tomato sauce 1 tsp of ground turmeric 1 tsp of crushed black pepper 2 tsp of ground coriander 1 tsp of meat masala 1 1/2 tsp of ground Kashmiri red chilli ( mild) 1 1/2 tsp of chilli flakes 1 tsp of dried fenugreek leaves Salt to taste Some chopped coriander leaves Some sliced fresh red chillies NOTE: Adjust the spices according to your taste
