Almost all instances of nosedives I've seen are related to user error. There are many things we can criticize Future Motion for, but I do not think what the CPSC is pushing is fair. Lastly, I think this "warning" and knee-jerk reaction by the CPSC can easily be used against other forms of PEVs. Your EUC, eskate or ebike may be next. What can we do?
