Walking in HEAVY RAIN STORM 07/16/23 | Bay Ridge Brooklyn | Flash Flood Warning for NYC | Rain ASMR

Heavy Drenching Rain Line moving through the NYC Metro area on July 16th 2023. The area was also under a Flash Flood Warning and even a Tornado Watch at one point. However, there was not any winds associated with this storm. As the storm approached, it had the classic thunderstorm visual characteristics, but this was all heavy rain. Starting location is on the coast by the Verrazzano Bridge with a look at the storm approaching, then followed by the first part of the walk on the coast. The second half of the walk will take place in the streets of Bay Ridge while the rain continues to come down and the first signs of flooding start to show up. The walk is relaxing for the most part, even considering what is taking place. People were caught out in the rain while doing their daily runs on the path, but also some walkers that didn't look happy about getting soaked. There are some cool moments during the walk - At one point, the rain is moving so slow, you can see it creeping towards me on the ocean top.
