The #1 Beginner Trim Mistake & How to Avoid It / How to Measure & Cut Mitered Corners

This is how you measure and cut inside and outside miter angles for trim, baseboard, crown molding, or anything else that needs an angle bisected and then calculated for a miter saw or a miter gauge on a table saw. Measure the angle with an angle finder or protractor. Subtract that number from 180. Then divide the number that you get by two. The number you are left with is what you set your saw to.
