近鉄・京都線で脱線事故　発車直後に…　けが人なし(2026年6月29日)

On the morning of the 29th, a train derailed within the Kintetsu Kyoto Station premises. Fortunately, there were no injuries to passengers or other personnel. The train remains at the scene, and there is currently no estimate for when service will resume. According to Kintetsu Railway, at approximately 5:13 AM, a four-car local train bound for Kashihara-jingumae derailed within the Kyoto Station premises on the Kyoto Line, shortly after leaving the platform. At the time, there were 30 passengers on board, but none were injured. Staff escorted them on foot to Kyoto Station, and they are all safe. Due to this accident, Kintetsu has suspended through service with the Kyoto Subway and has suspended service on the Kyoto Line between Kyoto Station and Kamitobaguchi Station. The train remains at the scene, and it is expected to take a considerable amount of time before service can resume. Kintetsu is investigating the cause of the accident.
