TOP 10 Most Damaging Ultimate Moves in Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3

I have to explain some things. In order to do this list, I considered only "Breakthrough" movepools of normal characters. I purposefully did NOT take into consideration fusions and the likes, because that would have made the Top 10 pretty obvious. I also excluded Super Buu's Absorption from this Top 10 because I considered it be more like a fusion than an actual transformation. Not to mention, I've been careful to perform these Ultimates without having Ki Atk% boosts/Def% drops, which would have otherwise changed the results. Lastly, I've made some "half points" here and there because the difference in damage was neglectable, but those moves were still technically different.
