Jechała zgodnie z ograniczeniami prędkości żeby mnie sprowokować!

On Saturday evening in Stężyca, I was driving legally when a Fiat driver began aggressively rushing me, flashing his lights with double beams. I ignored him and continued driving. The situation escalated rapidly when he finally cut me off, got out of the car, and started threatening me. Despite my explanations that I was driving correctly, he became increasingly vulgar. When he started driving towards me again, I backed out of fear. After a moment, he drove away, but a few hundred meters later, I saw him waiting for me on the shoulder with his hazard lights on. Fearing an attack, I panicked and turned onto the first dirt road. To my horror, he gave chase. I was terrified – it was an unfamiliar neighborhood, it was evening, and an aggressive man was behind us in the car. My friend called the police, and I ran, trying to lose him. The dispatcher ordered us to drive to the nearest Orlen gas station and wait for a patrol there. He followed me all the way to the station. He continued to argue until he heard the police had been called and the whole thing was recorded on camera. Then his story magically changed – suddenly, I was the one who was impeding his driving, and the chase was supposedly an accident. The police let me drive away, but they detained him for questioning. It was a truly dangerous and terrifying experience, so I'm sharing this story as a warning. -- After the first part of the video was published, the driver of the Ducato contacted us demanding the immediate removal of the video, which he considers defamatory. He claims that the footage is manipulated, shows only selected fragments, and doesn't show the full story, in which the filmmaker allegedly provoked dangerous driving behavior (including by accelerating while overtaking). He also points out the vulgar behavior of the people in the other vehicle. He emphasizes that publishing license plates is illegal. The author threatens legal action against the platform and its administrators if the video is not removed. He cites specific legal provisions: Article 23 of the Civil Code – protection of personal rights, including image. Article 81 of the Copyright Law – requirement of consent for the dissemination of an image. Article 212 § 2 of the Penal Code – defamation through the media.
