RECIPE FOR 250ml OF MS MEDIUM (Orchid Dosage): For this mixture, we'll use my precision scale (0.01g) to ensure the quantities are exact: Solids (weigh dry): 🧪 MS Medium: 0.55g (Orchid Dosage). 🍬 White Sugar: 6.25 g 🍮 Agar Agar: 2.00 g Liquids (to reach the total volume): 🥥 Coconut Water: 25 ml 💧 Distilled Water: Enough to reach the 250 ml mark PREPARATION: First, mix the solids and coconut water with approximately 150 ml of distilled water.
