Cooking a roast dinner on a blustery Sunday afternoon in January
Join me in the kitchen today as I show you how I like to cook my roast dinner! Since my parents moved to England from Canada five six years ago, most Sundays I have them over for a traditional roast. It's certainly not the quickest of meals, or the easiest, but the key is to get the timing right. Today I'm showing you how I like to make many of the dishes well in advance so that by the time your guests arrive, there's very little left to do other than open the bottle of wine and relax. Hope you enjoy! For those of you wanting a recipe for cauliflower cheese, this is a great one https://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/ca...
