Catch & Cook unter Extrembedingungen: Pfifferlinge und Forelle trotz Hitze, Trockenheit und Sturm

Only the toughest ones get into the garden—or the forest. 36 degrees, storm warning, months of drought—you could have done anything that day except pick mushrooms. But I went anyway. Despite all the warnings. And what can I say: I accomplished the seemingly impossible and found some beautiful chanterelles. On top of that, I had a freshly caught trout—and I cooked it in my cast-iron pan on the Skotti in the forest, creating a simple but incredibly delicious dish: Trout with chanterelles—catch & cook under extreme conditions. Thanks to @Mueritzfischer-Angeln-Urlaub for letting me rent a boat and for the fishing license this morning—we'll catch up when it's not so stormy! The plan was actually to catch perch on the Plauer. Anyways, in the end, it turned out to be a nice video, which is one thing above all: real. Mush Love
