All Perk Streak Challenge (Stage 9: Regret)

About the APS: To complete this challenge: Win 40 times in a row with each Killer, use all 133 perks exactly once, all add-ons available and most offerings are not allowed. Since there's not enough perks to fill all slots, sometimes we play with incomplete loadouts. Order of the elements doesn't matter, but failing to get 3 or 4 kills = reset.
