Dice vegetables and beat the egg. Put all the vegetables and tofu into the broth. Bring to a boil. Add soy sauce, vinegar, Douban Jiang, sesame oil, white pepper, salt, and sugar. Stir in the egg. Then mix cornstarch with water to make a slurry and stir into the soup. Bring a boil. Serve it with green onions.
