This is by far one of the best mods made my RobBoss (especially since he has been making a few bad mods lately). The reason why I'm rating this so high is mainly due to the creativity. A house on balloons is creative enough, but a giant water tunnel?? I would give this a 10 -- but since the rooms are so small -- that makes the neighbor VERY annoying in the start. However you can easily trick him out so he's not too bad during the end. Anyways I guess that's really all I have to say about this mod and Bye!
