"Strangers in the Night" is an original instrumental song written by Bert Kaempfert with lyrics added later by Charles Singleton and Eddie Snyder. It became a hit in the version by American singer Frank Sinatra, who recorded it for his self-titled album from 1966. In MBert Kaempfert wrote "Strangers in the Night" under the title "Beddy Bye" and used it as an instrumental track for the 1966 film *A Man Could Get Killed*.
