At the graduation ceremony of the MBBS Batch 2018-2024, 'VOLARE 24,' Dr. John C. Oommen shared his wisdom and encouragement with the new graduates at Believers Church Medical College Hospital on July 20, 2024. [Dr. John C. Oommen who grew up in Vellore, did his MBBS and MD in Community Medicine at CMC Vellore. He has now served for 30 years at the Christian Hospital in Bissamcuttack, in the Rayagada District of south Odisha. His work has included community health and primary education for a tribal community, along with helping to run a 200-bed hospital.
