Vauxhall Corsa D ( no crank, no start, no communication)

Hi in this video I have a Corsa D that won't start or even crank, I scanned it and had no communication to the engine control module. Although this had the common fault of water getting into the ECM, it also had no power on 3 of the power feeds to the ECM, this wouldn't help the no communication fault. I spent time finding out why there was no power on some of the power wires at the ECM, I checked for CAN bus signals to the module too. This car still didn't communicate to the scan tool even when I powered up the relay that powered the 3 wires that were missing powers. I hope something here may help someone. Thanks for watching.
