Pascal's law and it's explanation

Pascal's law states that when pressure is applied to a confined fluid, the pressure is transmitted equally and undiminished in all directions throughout the fluid and to the walls of its container. Formula: P = Pressure F = Force applied A = Area Explanation: If a force is applied to a liquid enclosed in a container, the increase in pressure is distributed equally to every part of the liquid. This principle allows a small force applied over a small area to produce a much larger force over a larger area. Applications: Hydraulic press Hydraulic brakes in vehicles Hydraulic lift Hydraulic jack
