Heench | Episode 2 - Garba 101

Heench is one of those few movements in Garba that is done without moving positions in the Garba ground (ofcourse you can add your modification and incorporate the movements). If you carefully notice, the Teen taali and Heench both are done best in songs that have a four count beat that has rhythmic emphasis on the first three beats. Tetudo is a classic song example for this. Do google this song version by @geetabenrabariofficial (love her voice) and let me know in the comments if you notice the three beats.
