It was about time China produced a decent stick vacuum cleaner. Indeed, until now, I've mostly tested lower-end models. And knowing Xiaomi, I expected them to produce a super-powerful stick vacuum capable of competing with the Dyson. That's exactly what happened with the Roidmi XCQ01RM. This latest-generation stick vacuum boasts colossal power. When you turn it on and set it to maximum power, you can hear the storm. Its two rotating brushes are effective. One is rather gentle and designed to take care of hardwood floors, and the other, more aggressive, will allow you to more easily dislodge dirt from carpets. The Roidmi F8 Storm stick vacuum lives up to its promise of battery life, with 48 minutes of continuous use. This battery life is achieved using the minimum suction mode, of course. It can therefore easily compete with the Dyson V8 Absolute. It's clear that the Xiaomi Roidmi F8 Storm is a good buy. Even though its price is currently still quite high compared to the competition, it won't disappoint. I hope it drops below €300 soon to make it more competitive. It's a real joy to use on a daily basis. If I had to find a single flaw, I would say that I would have liked it to charge wirelessly so I wouldn't have to constantly plug in a cable.
