380+ Petitions for #StaffingRatiosNow, read by Aislinn Clancy

To ensure health care for all, Ontario must stop health care privatization and implement mandatory safe staffing ratios. Across the province ONA members are collecting petitions to show growing support for this demand. During Nursing Week, Ontario Green MPP Aislinn Clancy read more than 380 petitions into the Legislature, demanding that Doug Ford and Sylvia Jones introduce nurse-to-patient staffing ratios in all health-care settings. MPPs from all of Ontario’s opposition parties are in support of this call for staffing ratios, and it’s time for the conservative government to take action on this issue!
