AMAZING Montgomery Bolin Hydraulic Freight Elevator - Macy's Furniture Gallery - San Mateo, CA

[Recorded 10-2-21] This elevator is absolutely EPIC!!!! This is an original freight elevator with quite the mix of buttons and brands. The call stations are old GAL black buttons and are branded San Jose Elevator on them. The COP has these SUPER rare Square-D buttons that, to our knowledge, were only used by a small company known as Bolin based out of Stockton. This is the third Bolin to be found (the other two were in that apartment complex). The hoistway doors are labeled as Montgomery, so I wonder if it was just for the doors or if they had something to do with the rest of the elevator as well. This thing has an EPIC motor and an open cab roof so you can see straight up the shaft. The staff here were very friendly, especially once they learned I was part of Macy's LMAO.
