If you'd like to support me on Patreon, you can do so here:   / alexcnc   Due to popular demand, here's my experience cutting corrugated cardboard: Double-layer corrugated cardboard (mine was about 6-7mm thick) doesn't really work. It manages to cut through to the bottom layer fairly well, but then it struggles. I think the problem is that the laser is slightly out of focus due to the thickness. More power would probably help it cut through despite the larger laser spot. Single-layer corrugated cardboard (about 2mm thick) works quite well, though. After 10 passes at 3000 mm/min, the cutout only sticks very slightly in a few places. It's definitely suitable for cutting simple corrugated cardboard. The cutting strategy can certainly be optimized further. The high feed rate produces very clean edges. The edges themselves are naturally black, but no blackening is visible on the surface.
