Polycystic Ovary on Ultrasound (PCOD) diagnostic criteria include ≥20 follicles (2–9 mm) in one ovary or Ovarian volume ≥10 mL. Typical appearance includes multiple small peripheral follicles (string of pearl) and enlarged ovary.
