Not all dowels are the same. And we'll show you this with this very practical test. We mount a TV bracket on a single-sheeted drywall wall and load it with up to 35 kg. That's a weight that large TVs can easily carry. Admittedly, in this test, we're attaching the bracket with only two screws, but otherwise, there probably wouldn't be much to say about the dowels.
