O Que Não é Artesanato?

There is a great deal of confusion in the craft sector because there is now a CONCEPTUAL BASIS that defines what is or is not craft in the country. Stay with me, as this topic may interest artisans or manual workers. This is not the first time I have addressed this topic on the channel. But since the Brazilian Craft Program was established in 2013 and it put into public discussion what should actually be considered Brazilian craft, many artisans across the country have given their opinions on the document, and it was finally made official. This means that many artisans who are not even aware of the existence of the document, as well as municipal managers, may be somehow working on and shaping local crafts that are actually outside of what was defined in the Conceptual Basis. It is the responsibility of those in charge in each municipality to know the legislation and regulations for any activity that is to be implemented in the city. This applies to laws and regulations in health, education, services for young people and the elderly, and it is no different when it comes to actions for tourism and culture. In the specific case of handicrafts, I remind you that I was not the one who invented or laid the foundations for the document. The Conceptual Basis was built by a National Board and put out for public consultation. If you haven't had contact with this whole process, it's because you're not actually up-to-date and need to update yourself in order to strengthen your work or change the way you're working. Thus, food products, cosmetics, and toys need specific certification. If you produce food, any cosmetic product, or toy by hand, you need to look for these certifications that can attest to whether your work is artisanal or not. These are delicate areas that can put people's health at risk, which is why it's so important to know what to do and be properly certified. The Conceptual Basis also defines what is definitely NOT handicrafts. And the document says that this list includes all work done from simple assemblies with industrialized parts or parts produced by other people; Gemstone cutting is also not handicrafts, as well as the manufacture of soaps, perfumes, and bath salts. In this case, only those produced specifically with essences extracted from leaves, flowers, roots, fruits, and native flora are accepted. Oh! And if you learned your technique through magazines, books, TV programs, and your product doesn't have a cultural identity, you're not doing crafts either. The Conceptual Basis further determines and clarifies the Basic Concepts, the forms of organization of crafts and artisans, the types and classification of crafts, the functionality and craft techniques accepted as such. All this information is in the formalized and nationally accepted document and is available at the link in the description of this video for your study and consultation. I know you can be an excellent artisan and are making soaps or even selling that jam so typical of your region. Pay attention because these rules can help you leverage and strengthen what you already do so well. And if by chance you discover that what you are doing is not exactly CRAFTS, don't be sad because you can be an excellent manual worker and in the same way you have your value and can give due weight to what you are doing. The Conceptual Basis of Brazilian Handicrafts is here to help artisans throughout the country. ▶ https://docplayer.com.br/7335-Base-co... #developingprojects #culturegeneratesfuture #cultureisyeast ************************************************** Subscribe to the channel and receive more information for your projects: ▶ Website: https://www.elaborandoprojetos.com.br... ▶ Channel:    / elaborandoprojetos   ▶ Facebook: http://fb.com/ElaborandoProjetos ▶ Twitter:   / elabprojetos   ▶ Instagram:   / elaborandoprojetos   **************************************************
