Have you ever had knee pain when you run? Since I started running more often, this problem has been bothering me... And over time, seeing that it wouldn't go away, I started to think that the problem was actually my knees, that maybe the joint had suffered injuries, and that I should go to the doctor. And it would certainly have solved the problem for the moment, but I doubt that I would have solved it in the long run, because I would have treated the symptom but not the cause. So, I ended up wondering what could have been the cause of this pain? I didn't know exactly what, but I had a feeling that it could have something to do with the way I run. So I started looking for information, learning how I should run, and then applying those notions. At first I didn't notice much difference, but as I persisted, over time the pain started to disappear, and this confirmed my idea that it wasn't my knees that were the problem, but the way I was running. Through this video I want to pass on that information and I hope it helps you too.
