St Philip's Church stands in the village of Kelsall near Tarporley in Cheshire. It was built in 1860 to designs by architect Thomas Bower of Nantwich, licensed for worship in 1861 and consecrated in 1868. Initially, it functioned as a “chapel of ease” to the parish church of St Andrew's Church, Tarvin. In 1956, Kelsall became its own parish, and St Philip’s became the parish church.
