Baking Cookies in My RV Convection Oven Microwave Combo, Easy Motorhome Baking Tutorial with Recipe

I remember being terrified of using my High Pointe convection oven microwave combo when I first installed it, so I thought I would share how easy it actually is to use. Were you guys as nervous as I was when trying out the oven combo in your RV? Here is my recipe; enjoy! 1/2 cup butter (softened) 1 cup granulated sugar (or Splenda) 1 egg 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 cup all purpose flour (or almond flour) 3/4 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 1/2 cups oats 1/2 cup nuts (optional) 1/4 cup crasins (optional) Bake at 375 degrees for about 10-12 minutes.
