Hello everyone! 10 min full body dumbbell workout at home. This is exactly a 10 minute follow along workout you can do at home with dumbbells. The workout is as follows: Squat Sumo squat Alternating forward lunges Romanian deadlift Clean to press Bent over row Bice curls Chest press Tricep press Russian twist to tuck Time wise, it is 45 seconds per exercise and 15 seconds rest to get ready for next exercise!
