LIVE: SEPTA holds news conference to help riders navigate the big changes coming Sunday
The first wave of SEPTA service cuts are due to begin Sunday morning. SEPTA will hold a news conference at 10:30 a.m. on Friday to help riders navigate the big change in routine. Bus and metro service will be cut by 20%, with 32 bus routes eliminated.
