This was the predecessor to the infamous TURBO ride - a double ferris wheel that also rotated around the base - a total of only 5 were built by Chance Rides: 2 Ravens and 3 Radars and none remain operational today. Filming thanks to Scott Pennington circa 1999, and upload credit to Trey Simmons.
