With my husband and our neighbors by my side, we cooked a whole 30kg cow leg inside glass jars 🍖🔥. This rare method is not only for cooking — it’s also a form of traditional food preservation that can keep meat fresh and edible for years. The process gave us juicy, tender beef infused with natural spices — a true countryside delicacy. We prepared it as a giant feast for our hardworking fundis and workers, celebrating the progress of our dream home. Layer beef chunks with sliced white onions, whole black pepper seeds, and bay leaves inside large glass jars. 2. Seal the jars tightly and slow-cook over fire until the meat is tender, juicy, and deeply infused with spices. 🔥 3.
