The first international body after the Nuremberg and Tokyo tribunals to consider cases of war crimes, genocide, and crimes against humanity. An important distinction was that in Nuremberg and Tokyo, the winners of World War II judged the defeated. In The Hague, by the decision of the UN Security Council, a tribunal was established on behalf of the global community, which considered cases regardless of whose side the accused were on. Therefore, among those who received actual prison terms were Serbs, Croats, Bosnians, Montenegrins, Kosovo Albanians, and Macedonians. The most resonant cases were those of Slobodan Milosevic, Milan Babic, Goran Hadzic, Radovan Karadzic, and Ratko Mladic. "History Without Myths" is a popular channel about the past of Ukraine and the world without embellishments and falsifications. The host and co-author is candidate of historical sciences, senior research fellow Vladlen Maraiev. The topics covered encompass all periods and address a wide range of issues: political, military, economic history, history of international relations, culture, arts and sports, biographies of outstanding personalities. Our project's goal is to debunk anti-scientific myths, fakes, and stereotypes about Ukraine and Ukrainians; to promote social interest in history, pride for the glorious past, victories and achievements of the Ukrainian people; to contribute to the consolidation of Ukrainian society; to form a positive image of Ukraine and Ukrainians; to promote awareness of Ukraine's place and role in the world and the influence of global processes on our country; to spread the culture of critical thinking and skills for analytical work with sources of information.
